Invitation for the submission of expression of interest (EOI) for 3 x airstrip project engineers for Civil Aviation Development Investment Project II (CADIP II)

The National Airports Corporation invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified national individual consultants for three Airstrip Project Engineer positions under the Civil Aviation Development Investment Project II (CADIP II), funded by the Asian Development Bank (Loan Nos. 4276/4277). The consultants will support the rehabilitation of Finschhafen, Hayfield, and Jacquinot Bay rural airstrips, overseeing procurement, construction supervision, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and reporting. Applicants must hold a Civil Engineering degree, have at least five years’ experience, and be familiar with aviation regulations. The engagement period is 18 months with competitive benefits.
