Engineering & Project Managment Services

Engineering Services Division, formally known as Technical Services, is the engineering hub of the National Airports Corporation.
Specialized in planning, design, maintenance works, and project management of all airport infrastructures operated by National Airports Corporation.
The Engineering Services Division oversees all development and maintenance projects by and on behalf of the National Airports Corporation. This includes projects run by the Civil Aviation Development and Investment Program (CADIP) funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Nadzab Airport Redevelopment Project run by the Project Management Unit and funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
In addition, we ensure all our airports are compliant with PNG Civil Aviation Rules and ICAO Standards and that safe and reliable services are provided to airline operators, stakeholders and travelling passengers.

Aerodrome Compliance Certificate (ACC)

ACCs are processed through Engineering Services for screening and approval. Any proposed form of works within the vicinity of our aerodromes must be certified by the National Airports Corporation before being carried out. Please click the links to fill out and submit your online application forms.

Industrial Training & Graduate Program

Engineering Services welcomes University students to undergo industrial training and bring on board graduates through the NAC Graduate Program.
Students and graduates are opportune to learn about the airport business, and airport infrastructures, assist with current projects, learn how to interpret engineering/technical drawings, learn basic AutoCAD and other engineering design software, and observe and/or experience high-level expertise in the Aviation Industry.
