Before issuing a PNG Red ASIC to a person, the National Aviation Security ID Centre must be satisfied, after sufficient and reasonable investigation that:

An ASIC holder who loses his/her PNG Red ASIC have to pay the initial cost for reprint.
National Aviation Security ID Centre may reject an applicant reapplying for PNG Red ASIC twice or more for damaged and or lost ASICs.
