The National Airports Corporation (NAC) has announced a revision of its aeronautical charges, effective 1 April 2026, in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment provisions under its Conditions of Use.
The adjustment reflects the 2.4% CPI rate as of 31 December 2025, with minor rounding applied across various charge categories. Key charges affected include passenger facility charges, safety and security fees, airside service charges, and aircraft-related fees.
NAC stated that the revision is part of its ongoing efforts to maintain and improve airport services while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
All updated charges will be subject to 10% GST.
Air operators have the right to appeal the revised charges under Section 92 of the Civil Aviation Act, through the Department of Transport.
